Welcome from the Consul

Welcome to British Consulate in Orlando.

We are responsible for providing consular services to British tourists and residents throughout Florida, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Our services almost exclusively involve providing consular support. For example, assisting British Nationals in distress, issuing Emergency Passports, conducting citizenship ceremonies, and also ensuring the welfare of our citizens detained in the region. We also work to maintain good working relationships with the local Governments and administrations, and non-government organisations serving the area. Please click onto the Support for British Nationals Abroad tab on the right for a full explanation of our roles and responsibilities.

Please also explore the many links on this website, including News from Orlando and Regional Information, which are updated on a regular basis.
